Individual Care

At Prema Court, we provide care and rehabilitative support for up to 44 adults experiencing complex mental health needs. Our purpose-built facility offers spacious and modern accommodation, including individual lounges, residents’ kitchens, and communal dining and recreational areas. Residents are supported by a skilled leadership team, registered nurses, experienced care staff and ancillary staff who provide 24-hour support. Our service delivery is based on inclusion and the provision of person-centred care, aiming to improve mental and physical health, reduce inappropriate behaviour, and enhance personal and social skills. Participation in community activities is actively encouraged through resident meetings and individually tailored care plans that address the practical, social, and psychological needs of each person, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
