How the referral process works:
- Initial enquiries are sent to our Head Office
- The Head Office will then send your contact details to the relevant service
- The Operations Manager or Home Manager will contact the referrer to discuss the potential resident
- An assessment will be carried out and if the resident is suitable for the service, an offer letter will be issued confirming placement offer and the costs of placement
- If the offer letter is accepted, a planned admission date will be agreed with the mental health service and referrer
- A license agreement will then be issued, and this should be signed, dated and returned by the referrer to the mental health service prior to the commencement of the placement.
